1. It was always a play. Trump doesn't care about opioid crisis or the fall

of poor white men. They were just means to an end. Now he is stuck because people care about the economy and covid and you can't fix one without worsening the other. If you can fix them at all. Calls for real stewardship through the conflicting storms. He is not capable.
