5. missing - January 23rd, China locks down Hubei province

By January 24 more than 50 million people were under severe restrictions (far more restrictive than the USA has seen).

You could see this from a friggin' satellite. Trump can't say he didn't know how serious China felt the virus threat was by January 25.
