The Clinton v Jones oral argument

For those who are certain they know how the SCOTUS will rule in today's subpoena cases based on the oral argument, I recommend you read the transcript of the oral argument in the Clinton v. Jones case. You will see that you can't safely predict the outcome of a case based on a SCOTUS oral argument.
