Vice President Mike Pence told Axios that he welcomes the idea of bringing Michael Flynn back into government, after the Justice Department moved last week to drop its criminal case against President Trump’s former national security adviser.

Since Flynn had been accused of lying to the vice president, Pence’s blessing clears an obstacle to him returning to Trump’s inner circle.

even if you buy into drumpf/Barr's "shadow pardon" reasoning that Flynn was tricked into lying so they could set him up to help Mueller...... HE STILL LIED. He still had contacts with Russia that compromised our national security. Misconduct by an investigative body (like the police searing your home without a warrant) doesn't mean you didn't commit a crime, it just means you are not guilty because your rights were infringed on.
