You are right, but the guy with the whiter skin is probably the guy who would use it as a mass shooter

It's legal to carry it, brandish it, point it at someone else, but until you release the safety and put your finger on the bang button, you're still committing a legal act (if you're Caucasian). The standard is until an officer feels threatened, or you are endangering the public safety.

It isn't legal to brandish it, or point it at someone else unless there is an imminent threat of great bodily harm.

Please don't spread false information.

It's what all the cosplayers with their dick replacements seem to be doing, without the police taking any action.

"Question: Some organizations that are in opposition to open carry, have said that if they see someone openly carrying a handgun, they will call 911 and say that person is being aggressive and threatening people with the weapon. How will the police handle situations like this.
Answer: The police will act with caution when approaching the person, they will collect the facts, and when it is found that this person was doing nothing wrong, the investigation will be turned towards the person who made the false 911 call."

It's a crime in many jurisdictions to make a false 911 call.

I can see someone wearing a side arm and still being cautious, but not too worried....But if I saw someone dressed up in protective gear and had a big rifle then I would be scared and worried that something was about to go down
