Other Americans are being asked to resume normal life without regular testing. But Pence just vividly demonstrated and attested to its importance.

You can get tested every day and still contract CV-19. The whole point of the mask and social distancing is to avoid getting the Virus in the first place as well as to prevent you from transmitting it when you don't know you have it.

for HIV. Pence evidently learned nothing from his botched response to an HIV crisis (i.e., delaying a widely recommended needle exchange program) when he was governor of Indiana.

5. It is a perfect illustration

of the Arrogance of the leadership. It sends a message that masks are not important, even in a hospital environment, and suggests that only wimps wear masks. Pence admits that he is a separate class of person because he gets frequent testing.

I can not put into words how much I despise our leadership and the people and the principles that they represent. If we can't get rid of this bunch in November we will never be able to rid ourselves of them.
