2. No, it's ridiculous. Last week the NYT ran an article saying his schedule is:

1. Watch TV for seven hours before coming downstairs
2. Make a few phone calls (usually to governors, if I recall correctly)
3. Eat lunch

And unless his schedule has changed since the days of Fire and Fury he retires to his bedroom around six PM (that's 3 PM if you're in the west, by the way) to eat McDonalds and watch more TV. So God help you if there's a disaster in California after 3 PM PST because he's settled in for the night and drunk on french fries and Tucker Carlson.
