I have been putting in place a plan in order to return to work.

I am a home health aide for the disabled. I took myself out of work, unpaid leave, because it was extremely unsafe. My wife and I are both over sixty. Luckily, the day after Trump was elected I started an emergency fund. It has come in really handy to say the least.

I have collected a large supply of disinfectant cleaner, liquid hand sanitizer, surgical masks, cloth masks, and gloves. I will need all of that when I return to work.

When I decide to go back to work I am only going to work part time and I am going to break some rules. Some of their rules are now no longer safe. Times have changed. If they don't like it they can fire me.

Before I go back, I am still looking out for another job, a job that may offer better protection. Next year I can start collecting SS. I was planning to stay out of work until then. I may be able to do that, but it would be very hard on the pocketbook and retirement.

It is a giant chess game trying to figure the next best move. The best thing to do is to plan ahead, think ahead. That is something I have done my entire life. It has saved my butt more than once.
