I know he's gone back and forth, basically just taking the opposite view of Obama and trying to attack Obama's position. I'd like to make a list of all of his libya views and document the shifts alongside Obama's stances. Any good sources for this?

The man has zero foreign policy experience and doesn't have a position on anything.
I think it's a bit odd you want to do a comparison chart, when Obama's 'stances' haven't changed.

To show how firm Obama has been and the results of his policy alongside all the shifts and opinions Romney has had. I think in light of this it'd be a good time to highlight those things.
