Hack attempts are mostly proxied through multiple compromised computers all over the Internet so we have to use certain attack signatures to classify them. On a good day I can look at an attack swarm against my networks and say "that's Russia" or "that's China". This weekend the North Korea signatures are off the damn chart, up about 2000% from normal.
I don't know that the rumors about Kim being in a coma or whatever are true, but something sure as hell seems to be going on.
