4. I predict he'll try to spin it to what his supporters have been saying

His die- hard supporters have cooked up an explanation that makes the claim he was inquiring about some experimental UV light treatment that actually exists. Limbaugh was talking about it today. They are trying to claim he was "thinking outside the box", and wasn't actually talking about liquid disinfectants, but about this experimental device.

If Trump tries to pivot to what his supporters are saying, he's still going to have to explain his "sarcasm" answer earlier today, plus all the video that has him obviously talking about disinfectants.

Even though it will be an outright lie, I think he'll try it. He's got a bunch of his sheep ready and willing to believe this explanation.

That's my prediction.
