Cities and states are going broke. It is impossible to define Trumps stupidity.

Trumps main goal is to reopen the economy. To make the economy great again. You cannot have an economic recovery with cities and states going broke.

From the very beginning Trump has been telling cities and states, take care of it yourself. They did the best they could, but it costs a lot money to do it. You would think Trump would have told turtle face and the republicans in congress to bail them out long ago. In the first bailout many cities did not get any help. Some states, like New York did not get nearly enough money. It boggles the mind.

Economic recovery for dummies. I don't know how Trump made it through life without destroying himself. He is extremely stupid in so many ways.

and unlike the federal government, they need to take steps to assure a balanced budget.

(Aside: property tax revenue probably doesn't change.)

then sales tax revenues will flow towards the cities and states. Collapse of the economy is collapsing government, too.
