Trump: "... if we see a hot spot we'll be able to suppress it and wack it ... " yes, he said that.

OK... the point of having a rolling sample rate of testing is to try and get ahead of hot spots so you don't have to "wack it".

Birx's sentinel testing of only the vulnerable doesn't do anything for the broader community ...

Just damn.

We're screwed without an ONGOING letitimate testing campaign nationwide for this crap.
