Pelosi can essentially ignore the resolution from Senate-starving Trump of the disagreement he needs

Trump can’t — and won’t — be forcibly adjourning Congress. The notion is absurd.

The real (and still unanswered) question is why even float it except to falsely assert the sort of absolute authority he falsely asserted over states days earlier?
