Flip it Blue Candidate - Donna Imam TX-31
Donna is an engineer and is running against 9 term Republican John Carter for US House district 31 in Texas (northern Austin and Ft Hood). In 2018, MJ Hegar came very close to flipping this seat, losing by only 3 points. This could be flippable with a big blue wave in 2020. Hegar is now running against John Cornyn for US Senate.
