Where are the tests that Walmart and Target promised back on March 13?

4/6/20: "We're not supposed to stand on street corners doing testing."

3/13/20: "..in the Rose Garden were top executives from CVS Health, Walgreens, Walmart and Target, who have pledged space outside of their stores for drive-through COVID-19 testing."
