I can't believe I have to say this, but we should be expanding the number of testing sites and surging the number of tests — not reducing them. Testing is key to finding a way out of this crisis.

Remember everything is delayed by 2 weeks if you aren’t doing random tests.

Imagine reopening and then 4 weeks later realizing we are heading towards the second wave. Do we stay open or lock down again?

Trump screwed up the first wave. Without a plan which should include testing we could be quickly back into a second wave.
