Mainstream news has recently started to discuss racial disparities, also seeing coverage about people that are incarcerated. What I have not heard much about - people living in homeless shelters.
Shelters are quite often full to the brim. No way to social distance in a homeless shelter with 40-50 other people. I fear that these people will be neglected.

African-Americans are at higher than average risk. (Haven't heard about any other demographic identifiers or SES.)
Are AA males at higher risk than AA females? How do AA females compare to average?

..."The shelters will be divided into three groups: one for those who are well, another for people who have been tested for the virus and need to self-isolate and the last for anyone who has tested positive but doesnt need to be hospitalized.
The city has already installed nine public hand washing stations across town for those who might not have easy access to sanitization.
Organizers said they hope this helps with the overflow at local shelters.
The rescue mission has to do spacing between people, they have more people than they have space for. They have to come to another location, they are bringing about half the people from the Rescue Mission here, they are going to set up 200 cots, food, beverage, take care of people here, they are bringing in washers and dryers to do laundry, explained volunteer Norm Partin."...(more)

Granted, Ohio is in a different situation as to the intensity of the crisis. BUT caring for the incarcerated has been on Ohio's agenda from early on.

IMO this should have occurred with or without CV19.
Here is an example from a rural part of Humboldt county but leasing and putting the homeless in motels is a county-wide strategy.

(5,124 posts)Quite a bit of my patients are still in crowded shelters. The only thing I have heard in regards to people in shelters in my county, is that they are not taking new referrals - meaning they are not taking in new people.

(34,072 posts)Part of today's state press conference was a discusson on the disparate impact on racial minorities and on people in poverty, led by a black OB/GYN from one of our larger metropolitan areas. The disparity has been mentioned in probaby 50% of the conferences.
Ohio has also reviewed the possibility of early release for individuals within prison who are near the end of their terms, are vulnerable, and have committed crimes with a low recidivism rate. A recommendation for the parole board for early release of 26 individuals will be expedited then returned to the governor for action. (The prison population, the risks to that population, and to the the staff that work there are discussed perhaps every 3rd day.)
My spouse is right now participating in our county board of health meeting (she's on the board. Part of today's meeting is discussing the impact on the homeless population and how to address it.
But it probably isn't relevant because we're just a backwards red state.
