To all those churches that want to open...

To all those churches that want to open their doors to their massive flock on Palm Sunday? I say go for it, they then should self quarantine in that church for 14 days after that service.

PS. You don't get a ventilator if you become ill...you have your God to keep you safe.

And that second sentence is the key one. They get to self quarantine inside that church for 14 days. No cheating. Unfortunately, they would all go to church and then go out and infect their communities.

My church is doing virtual services and we have no idea when we will reopen. Oregon is still locked down. It makes me very sad to miss singing for Palm Sunday, Maundy Tuesday, and of course, Easter. We usually sing both Easter services and the music is spectacular.

My daughter left NYC ten days ago to go to LA and she will be in a self quarantine until next Thursday. We were delighted that she got out of New York.
