He just doesn't understand how to fight an enemy like coronavirus, because one day there's a hot spot in the city and then the next there's a flare up where there wasn't one before.

And, oh by the way, he is still harping on opening up the country soon because this isn't America.

Too bad he doesn't have the power to shut down every church for a two week period, or stop Governors who open up their beaches, while they close down their cities. Or to advise the states who are still not applying stay at home laws that there can't be any movement outside their borders.
