libertarians don't believe that. To them we are numbers, things to used and exploited. Libertarians have no problem with us being numbers as long as that sacrifice is for their definition of freedom.

To the christofascist right we are resources, enslaved and if they can't do that, indentured, if not that, then worked six days a week for low pay, if not that, disposed of as an unwarranted expense.

The christofascist beef with big gov't is that it comes between them and abusing their human resources for larger and larger profit.

5. When I post the numbers

I know that they are people, and I am mourning.

8000 dead is 8000 Americans dead, 8000 people dead, 8000 human beings whose lives simply ended inside of a month with no warning.

And every day that I post the numbers, I think - it's so many, it's too many.

And I also wonder when (not if) it will be someone I know.
