People in my neighborhood are drawing lyrics, designs, games with chalk in their driveways.

One house wrote in big letters, Here comes the sun, and I say it's all right. All different colors of chalk.

Another house wrote in the street, Walkers, with an arrow pointing to a long hop scotch game. People out for their walks are all playing hop scotch as they walk by, it's hilarious.

1. Kids in my neighborhood are doing the same thing.

One group of kids playing on a lawn laughed loudly when I, a 74-year-old man, used their hopscotch diagram for its intended use.

Why not? My dog, however, was not amused. "Not do like that!" he seemed to say.

2. That is a great idea..a large hopscotch..or lyrics or designs on sidewalks...

Monday we took a ride around our 55+ neighborhood...it was so dark and quiet..all the Canadians have left and the north country snow birds have pretty much left as well..they usually leave the end of April..so, hubby and I decided to try and put smiles on faces of year rounders by wrapping our huge palm with xmas lights...I will try to post pic..

3. Britons are coloring their brick houses in honor of NHS

apparently the shops are running low on chalk now.
