Nor is it a referendum on Biden.
It's a referendum on all of us as Americans.
Who are we collectively? Who are we as a nation? Now, I understand that it's not a popular vote contest. However, that's still not an excuse. If enough states do indeed provide Trump with the electoral votes that he needs, then we have to accept who we are as a nation. We can't say, "well, I live in blue state...", like that makes a difference. That's akin to saying, "well, I don't live in a slave state, so that's no reflection on me".
If this nation puts Trump back into office after this, that's a very devastating statement about this nation and its people.

(35,454 posts)and all the corporate thieves and republicans he o=pals around with. What it will also point out is that we need to re-order the electoral college which has allowed minority rule over and over as most Americans believe in following the law.

Trump showed the world who he was for years. Anyone would didn't know that he is a sick and evil man is either ignorant, uninterested or a member of the cult.
To this day, Trump enjoys a tremendous amount of support and that tells us all we need to know about a vast swath of our country.
