For 1 they're a shitty company that Wells Fargo just up and sold the mortgage to last year. Anyways, I ask what programs do they have during the pandemic. Maybe suspend late fees or something. They said since she's retired she hasn't been affected by this. How the hell not. She basically had to pay extra for things she wouldn't have even needed a month ago. Long story short, these people are heartless and I'm about ready to agree with the Bernie fanatics in 2016. Just let the system explode and build a better one after Trump is gone. No bailouts to these people.

that your mother got this mortgage while she was retired. If that is the case, then her income is probably sufficient to get a refinance. And dealing with the criminal enterprise known as Wells Fargo was a big mistake.
