Did the WH and DeSantis slow their responce to coronavirus so there

would be more herd immunity for the second and third wave? I don't doubt Trump was clueless. But what about his advisors? A second or third wave big business would not want (nobody wants a second or third wave). Didn't Boris Johnson start on the route? It is not unheard of. But a vaccine or treatment will be closer to reality in a second or third wave.

Fat Nixon never plans ahead; he just reacts, and only to events that he thinks will affect him personally in some way. He doesn't give a crap about herd immunity or anything else relating to actual people, and his advisors know that they can't disagree with him in any obvious way if they want to keep their jobs.

said he was on the phone eith Trump asking for the Defence Productiin Act. Trump agreed to implement it on the phone. A few hours later it was walked back and Trump was not going to do it so obviously the Heritage Foundation is all up in this pandemic responce somehow. Maybe indirectly. But they are there. They future plan.
