Starting in January Texas store HEB started to prepare for pandemic.

emergency boards that we have in TX also have made a big difference as they are required (I believe???) to have a medical expert there...

Testing has been a clusterfrak though for everyone in TX. Kinda sorta full-scale testing really just got instated this week.
