18. Many authors and people that know him say he "reads" the newspapers...

but what he mostly does apparently, is skim articles and headlines for his name. He looks only for references to HIM, and when he sees one, he will delve into it just enough to figure out if it is flattering or not. If it is flattering, he will indulge it completely, because he loves to read glowing articles about himself. This is with the caveat that a narcissist like Trumpy can only do so much before he gets bored and has to move on to the next, more gratifying thing.

But if it isn't utterly flattering, he will make note of the author and the subject matter so he can use it against the writer or publication later on.

He does read, just not like you or I understand the term.

they took the medication he said would keep people from getting Covid 19/ The man had died already when the wife was interviewed. She said she heard DT say this in one of his daily briefings & she had some in her house. When asked why she had it she said she used to keep coy fish and it was for the fish. She died the next day. It seems these DT supporters do't use their heads at all & just believe whatever he says.

Look when America gave away all of its manufacturing capacity to China this is what happens.
I dont like Trump & Pence but realistically they cant pull supplies outta thin air.
This is a problem that was years in the making.
How much does the hospital CEO make where the Dr. works is that why there wasnt a stockpile of PPE?
My local hospital CEO made a million a year as a nonprofit until they sold out to HCA.
Maybe if China had told the real numbers and the WHO had bothered to check to see if China was lying
MAYBE just MAYBE Italy, Spain, Iran and us could got out in front of this thing.

so many people around President Death have either been near someone who tested positive or are positive themselves and yet Donny Death is negative. went to Walter Reed in mid November. The massive outbreak in Wuhan occurred a few weeks later in December. But it was probably circulating in China in November, before the huge Wuhan outbreak.

Possibly there were people traveling to and from China in November who picked it up and carried it to Europe and the US.

If the genocidal president had a case of coronavirus in November and recovered, that would explain why he is so confident now about his own invulnerability. And typical of him, he would believe that was proof of his superiority over people who die from it, so they are expendable.

Maybe that's why he was out of the public eye for a while after his trip to Walter Reed and seemed more drugged than usual.

when I wondered why Trump is so confident of his own safety and continued to shake hands in public for so long since he is supposed to be a germophobe.

If he has immunity due to recovery from an early case of it, that would explain his attutude and behavior.

The timing is right. It is believed now that the virus was circulating in China during November. That fits the pattern of epidemics and pandemics. The disease. circulates in a population for a few weeks before enough of them have it to form a cluster outbreak in one community, like Wuhan.

Given the number of people in the Trump circle of contacts who are involved in business and trade negotiations in China, it is entirely plausible that one of them carried the virus to the US where Trump could pick it up through direct or indirect contact in DC, NY, or Mar a Lago in November, before it was a known disorder.

Acute symptoms like a high fever and trouble breathing would be a medical emergency for Trump to seek treatment at Walter Reed.

His persistence in calling covid 19 the Chinese virus and explanation for saying it, that the Chinese government did not warn people early enough, fits well if he takes it personally from personal experience of being infected.

None of this is proof. But if true, it explains some recent mysteries, e.g. the Walter Reed trip and Trump's indifference about getting infected, which is inconsistent with being a germophobe.

Might be worth an investigative reporter looking into it.

Of ourselves on social media in our PPE. Management has never had a problem before now with pictures of us at work having tasteful fun, smiling, group committee photos. But all of a sudden, no photos allowed. Methinks they don’t want the world to know the “protection” they have provided for us is completely inadequate.
