They will stomp you down. You have to keep getting up, especially if you live with others. On top of all that, they tell everyone they know it all already, but when you ask for specifics, they're too busy and will act like you're an idiot for not knowing. The only thing you can do is distance yourself, physically and mentally as best you can. I try to spend as little time with that particular sister as possible, but that is my guideline 24/7 and has been since I was about 5(ish). I am protecting my 76 y/o sister from her.
