...without including 18 & 19 year olds, that age demographic is 42% of the population.
Add in 20% of the 13% ages 10 to 19, we get 44.6%.
50% is probably within the error of comparison, given that the population is far higher than Covid cases.
I guess this means the virus is not age discriminant. At least in terms of getting sick.
Now, getting sick from & dying are very different things.
