Have we had a thread listing specific good things to do in isolation?

Like exercise, of course. That's obvious.

What about develop and maintain routines?

Every day I A. exercise 40 mins., B. write for two-plus hours, and C. work on the class I'm teaching at home for however many.

But to have three go-to things. Maybe your B. and C consist of cooking or doing a hobby, playing an instrument, studying Civil War battlefields, embroidering outfits for porcine figurines, etc.

It seems important to have at least three. Over five might be hard to maintain daily. Two seems like a plan that could collapse on itself.

So rewarding.

Not difficult to at least try in the digital age. Wouldn’t it be great to come out of this six weeks down the line bilingual?

These posts are getting lost in GD due to very heavy traffic and breaking news.

Anyone else like this idea?

Let them know your status and get theirs.

Develop some plan to respond if contact is unexpectedly broken or they don't respond.
