The provision doesn't stop them from funneling money to their friends and I won't be surprised if a lot of new corporations are (or already have been) incorporated in low-tax states that are for the sole purpose of taking advantage of this bill and hiding where the money actually goes.

I'm a doubting Thomas, Republicans aren't even allowed to disagree with Trump or they get fired and now Republicans are going to keep Trump from getting bailed out?

My last question is, did they include in the bill an independent Inspector General to oversee how the money gets spent? Is the clause in there that we won't know who got the money for 6 months? If Mnuchin or Trump control who gets the money what's to stop them from giving money to Trump properties? In 6 months they can cook the books.

If Trump is happy today about this deal then I'm convinced that he will get a big chunk of this money, if he is irate, I may believe this.
