Hawaii governor bans Lt. Governor (a doctor) from state's covid 19 efforts!

the Lt governor is a doctor and has called for more stringent efforts in Hawaii so he is being disinvited from press conferences and sidelined in multiple ways. The governor apparently feels threatened by expertise, kinda like trump
