Trump doesn't get -- and will never get or admit to getting -- that he had a window to do the right things, and he missed it because of his personal failings.

The Army Corp of Engineers is assembling 4 Fema emergency hospitals, each of which has 250 beds. They are going into the Jacob Javits Convention Center's exhibit space
