Meijer and Aldi have special day/hours for vulnerable population and critical workers

At Meijer:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8 a.m for senior citizens and people with compromised health issues

Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8 a.m. for first responders and essential service workers.

At Aldi:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, stores will open at 8:30 a.m. and reserve the first hour of business for vulnerable shoppers. This includes senior citizens, expectant mothers and those with underlying health concerns.

7. You should call your store and find out how they are 'screening'

I admit that I wondered about the same thing. I'm in the 'senior citizen' category. If they want to flatter me, I have a driver's license, too, so they can card me.
