14. "Modified" covers a lot of mundane stuff.

Resized, cropped, re-saved as a different file type (e.g., a .png original re-saved as .jpg) or with different file compression, etc. Any of those will populate the "modified" date. My bet here would be adding compression to reduce file size, with minor cropping running for #2.

There's no reason to assume right off the bat that it's been edited or manipulated misleadingly. If he insists on it, tell him to dig up the "clean" version.

This is the line of the collar below his ear. You can see how the original image was reduced in opacity then painted over not very successfully.

It's not like one of those fashion industry photoshop makeovers. Trump's fleshy jowls, his lack of any forehead and that preposterous hair nave not been exaggerated, he's still an ugly, stupid POS.
