I check my temperature and then take a deep breath.

Yesterday I felt like my breath was a little shallow, but that often happens because I have anxiety. It is fine today.

I live in Georgia and our governor is a Trumper who is doing nothing. Just counties and municipalities are implementing their own restrictions. It's a patchwork approach that's ridiculous.

I haven't left the house since Wednesday last week.

I think I need to stop watching or reading about remarks from Trump. It only brings on more stress to hear his insane ramblings and acting like a king who knows more than his subjects.
