work environment that exposes them to coronavirus and some do get sick or die, does the owner have any legal liability for the intentional exposure and resulting loss?
Forcing employees to work in an "unsafe or unhealthful" workplace would seem to violate OSHA.

(11,885 posts)All schools should be closed for this year completely by this government, and they should be hiring people to disinfect them all before allowing children to return . Many out of work could be used now to help get this done, and get people working, but protected and watched over.
