How low will republicans go? Low enough to kill millions of Americans in order to protect their

money, their power, their billionaire owners and their leader. We've known since the Nixon years they were willing to go low, but never in our wildest dreams did we envision them going this low. As a Army draftee during the Vietnam War Era, I thought times were tough. The late 1960s through much of the 1970s was no fun. Those of us that survived that era thought we would never witness another period in our lives that difficult and that volatile.

Today, we witnessed a republican politician stating that seniors should die in order to help the economy. Today, we heard a republican president push for policies that could put the lives of millions of Americans in danger. Today, we heard exactly just how low they are willing to go.

We don't need to kill anyone, just stay home and kill the profits that big business wants to make off us working while infecting eachother.

it's already hurting- it just needs boycotting, monitoring, etc

they/trump owe everything to rw radio. local blowhard with stink tank doctor guesst saying the death rates are exaggerated because it's all old people with preexisting conditions....... so they're dying of those issues and the virus just helps - that's all

so these motherfuckers are probably selling this all over the country to set us up for getting back to business...... with aa genocide of old folks - mostly poor old folks, of course

"We can't keep the country closed or we'll never recover" and BS like that (sorry 2-3 million Americans, including many of our brave and desperately needed medical heroes).

I am ALL for hitting the advertisers. We're all in "stock up" mode, this is the time to support responsible companies, and those who refuse to advertise on RW talk shows. This (along with voting, duh) is where we have power!

whether it's national or local. very little listening required.

if the ad industry sees this happening they will have to head it off and start asking advertisers if they really want to support this crap. the ad industry wants those ears and it will force democratization of those stations. there are many stations in blue areas that would have to change programming.

Using artificial intelligence to digitize talk radio – without listening to it

here's from fakenewssradio.org

1) Record

Quicktime, on every Mac, is a basic app for recording audio streams. While playing the stream turn on Quicktime, go to ‘File’ and ‘New Audio Recording’. Turn on the recorder and when you’re done save it. With Quicktime it is necessary to have volume on. Other recording apps will allow recording multiple streams at the same time, pre scheduling, and editing.

2) Transcribe

At $5 -$10/hr, Sonix.ai may be the cheapest, quickest, and easiest transcription service. An hour takes minutes and is very accurate. When it’s done they send an email with a link to the transcription in their editing program where it can be downloaded or tweaked and corrected on their site as you listen. It can also be stored there. The monthly subscription is $15 but they offer a 30 minutes free trial.

3) Search for “DOT” to identify advertisers

Live recordings of radio streams include advertisements and most announce web sites transcribed as “so-and-so-company dot com”. Most advertisers can be found by searching for the word “dot”. Sometimes the ads provided phone numbers. Each company or quote can get a note that is listed and numbered. The notes can then be copied and pasted elsewhere.

4) Contact

Most websites provide phone numbers and email addresses specifically for contact by potential customers. Complaint emails may get further than a phone call and leaves a lasting written record for employees to pass around. It may also be easier for sympathetic staff to pass on a comment to a boss in email form than personally.

... killed soooo many people. That was awful. #SadFace! But at least my 401K is okay. Yay!"

And speaking of sad, a lot of Americans WILL come to that conclusion (assuming their 401Ks actually *are* okay), because, well... because FOX news will tell them to.

Republicans have so little regard for American voters. And why should they? Those voters keep electing Republicans, and how can you really respect that at all?

trumpie is NOT in CONTROL of the states. The governors are. And he cannot order them to do shit.

No governor (even the republican ones) is willing to sacrifice his people for trump, or Wall Street or Steve Munchkin's 401KKK, or the economy. Many of them have already said they are not going to re-open businesses/schools, rescind the self-quarantine directions or tell people that it's okay to congregate.

In my state, WA, our gov, Jay Inslee, has said that he will not tolerate any loosening of the restrictions. So have Gavin Newsome (CA), Andy Cuomo (NY), Kate Brown (OR), and many other govs (incl repub govs).

PLEASE keep this in mind. trumpie can bluff and bluster all he wants, but in the end, the govs will have the final say-so in their respective states.

Another thing, don't think that the timing of trumpie's request (We should re-open the country by Easter.) is NO accident. He believes that Easter is the perfect time to resume -- christ rose on Easter and so will trumpie. He will have "resurrected" the economy AND thereby salvaged his re-election efforts. Do not think this timing was a random notion he plucked out of the air. It wasn't.

I, nor anyone in my family, wants my parents to die (Mom 77, Dad 80). Even if they are republicans. How can people who have elderly family members possibly be ok with this? It's evil!

The one thing I can say about my family is that even though we are split politically, we always put our relationship with each other above our politics.

We all try to refrain from discussing politics around each other and sometimes, when certain people have had a little too much to drink, they make up afterward.

We always try to respect each other's boundaries. I don't like the fact that I have some right-wing, Fox viewing members in my family, but i just see them as cult members who don't know how much they are being manipulated. I can't bring myself to hate them.

No. To use a local phrase from my home area... you ain't seen nuthin yet. For now, it is all talk. Just wait till they actually start trying to do something. Remember folks, THEY are the ones who are going to lose without 'the economy'... we who are actual humans will take care of each other and survive, just as we did before there was any sch thing as an 'economy'. The greedy vultures in our midst will wither and die without their illusion of power and control. Face it, when it comes to survival, they really don't offer much. Despite my spoiled American upbringing, I know I don't need a third television to survive. I need a garden. I need a source of water that is not ruined by Big Construction and Big Pharma. We need medicine, but Big Pharma sold their souls a long time ago, so we may be on our own for this one. However, we can get through this if we just stop worrying about rich people's wallets.
