That is all he is focused on. He doesn't care about the American People that are in a panic and are dying. He doesn't care about the health professionals lack of supplies to care for the infected and dying.
He's pitted Governor against Governor to bid for supplies. He's got the States competing - instead of his Administration negotiating the pricing and manufacturing and having the vendors drop ship to the States. He doesn't have to be a shipping clerk.

All he is cares about is the stock market/economy; unemployment numbers and approval poll numbers.
