(14,628 posts)if you were instructed to do so via a notice in the mail. I received a mailed notice telling me to go online to fill out the form.
My understanding is that if you received the full form in the mail, you cannot fill out an online form.

my2020census.gov You'll need the 12 character Census ID from the form
