Our hospitals (in North Ga.) have put up inflatable ER's strictly to handle CVID 19 cases & to keep

the virus out of the main Hosp. Also the staff will be able to always be in protective clothing. They are going to open tomorrow AM. They've also talked about drive-thru testing which is GREAT. I wonder how many others across the Country are doing something that?

Most will be using them as triage and isolation to prevent those patients who won't survive long enough to cure from entering the main hospital.

They simply won't be able to function with sick respiratory cases clogging the er waiting room. They will move them to what amounts to hospice care before death.

Ominous. But at least it's a plan.

Inflatables remind me of we called MUST units , Medical Unit, Self-contained, Transportable, which were inflatables along with labs that were collapsible trailers, that could easily be pulled behind a truck. WE even had a MUST unit for barracks.
