First case of Covid-19 found in West Virginia

In the eastern panhandle, in the area close to Washington, DC. Many of the folks in that area work in the greater DC area, so I suspect that the person caught it there.

The governor just announced this.

by Maryland on the north and Virginia on the south. And the easternmost point is 50 miles from downtown DC.

(I suspect that you know that, EllenG, as I've seen you make other comments about West Virginia in the past. But the rest of DU needs to know where we're talking about!)
