The statistical fatality rate has risen another 1%. An increase of 3% in about a week.
The statistical fatality rate is a measure of trend. It doesn't necessarily represent a true death rate. That can't be known until it's all over. What it does tell us is the trend is going up at a high rate even during a time of increased testing.

They seem confident in the outcome of the visit. The movement in the stats right now have little to do with China but whether numbers are missing from there we can't know. We have to go with what we have.
