PRIMAL SCREAM!

With a dose of frustration tears thrown in.

I cannot get my boss (CEO) to grasp the enormity of what we are dealing with. He just wants to pretend things are as normal as possible for as long as possible. What the everloving fuck?!?! What about any of this has been normal for weeks now?

I gave him a solid communication plan that respects the feelings of all of our employees and he wrote it off as unnecessary.

I have been busting my ass since the middle of February to make sure we have business continuity in a remote environment with as little impact to productivity as possible. And he interpreted a request to communicate daily, honestly, and compassionately with our staff as a disruption to normalcy with potential detrimental impact to business operations.

I just can't anymore. Anyone need a senior HR Professional / VP of Admin & Support Services or Operations type who knows her shit, can get things done, and do it in a way that respects employees and the public at large?

Nobody knows their s*it there, so you would be a plus. The only downside is that they don't necessarily respect their employees and the public at large unless you are also good at kissing Trump's rear.

Just sayin'.
