Regarding losing income not able to pay bills.

I had a package that was sent UPS next day. That was during the ice storms a few years ago. It wasn’t delivered next day. I went to UPS to get a refund for the difference between overnight and standard delivery. I was informed by UPS that the ice storms that caused the delay were an act of god and as such UPS had no liability. I would assume that Covid-19 is an act of god and therefore no liability for bills, rent, mortgage ........ etc???
