A lady called and asked for the phone # for “ups”. Couldn’t find a listing. She kept saying “ups-it’s ups” then finally said “it’s the brown trucks”!! Ahhhhh-gotcha!!

I suspect he's purposely never paid attention to the speaker, or tried to understand what was being spoken about. He hates it when people less ignorant than him try to teach him things.
