He's giving a presser now, taking full responsibility for his actions, like shutting down schools, restaurants, etc.
I find him so honest, thoughtful and refreshing, making me realize once again how much leadership is missed.

Props to him: NY is lucky compared to other states.

3. I gained a lot of respect for him when he said that

I gained a lot of respect for him when he said that. He specifically said a lot of the county officials are receiving calls with complaints of the closures. He said it's his decisions alone and it is not the other officials fault. This is what a leader is. He took all responsibilities.

4. Oregon Gov. Brown is doing really well also. Joined with Portland mayor on a

presser about a week ago and last Friday announced all schools closing. Oregon not that hard hit yet but they looked ahead and took action.

5. Well one thing is for sure - the Dow doesn't sink when he speaks

6. Minnesota's Governor is also taking strong initiatives, similar to what

Cuomo is doing. He held a press conference yesterday, laying it all out. It seems like Demoratic Governors are taking this epidemic by the horns and doing what is needed to limit its impact.

It's good to see, even though it's a PITA on an individual basis.

7. Our new Wisconsin Gov., Tony Evers, is great and totally competent.

We have a small rat-pack of teabaggers in our legislature that try to block all of his good work.
