The latest numbers from the Florida Department of Health now attributes a fifth death to the coronavirus while more counties have logged their first case.

A 79-year-old Orange County woman became the second from the county to fall victim to the COVID-19 outbreak when she died over the weekend. Dr. Raul Pino, the state health officer for Orange County, said the woman had underlying health conditions. Pino said it is unclear how the woman contracted the virus. She did not report any travel or exposure to possibly infected people before she died.
