Do you get reported, fined, jailed? Who is in charge of enforcing this? I think the whole state (no, the whole country...nip it in the bud) should do this but how can it be enforced?

And you're allowed to go out for 'outside activities' like jogging, biking, etc, provided you maintain social distancing.

12. Weird that Section 120295 is mentioned in the business closure order for LA and San Diego counties

but not in the lockdown order for the seven Bay Area counties

California Health and Safety Code §120295
