Yes, there were patrons. What caught us were the empty table tops. Usually with racks promoting pies and special deals, packets of sugars, of jams, creamers. Nothing. Did not notice at first until the server asked whether I wanted cream and sugar with my coffee. Whatdymena? I started..

And, earlier this day, was surprised to see several squad cars traveling..
